If you're in B2B and rely on repeat transactions, you cannot afford to overlook this area of your business. It's a goldmine.


It costs you so much to gain a customer and so little to retain them. A small amount of effort goes a long way in this space.


Customer Retention is a key pillar of your customer maximisation strategy, overlook it at your own peril.
