Think & Share Abundance

Upper Limit believes that everyone, not just the top end of town, should have access to great tools, support and communities that want to see you succeed and grow.

We believe that the more that you give away, the more that comes back to you -

we'll be generous with our time and effort and help as much as we can. Greed is not the goal.

If you're in need, reach out and we'll see what we can do.

Grow Together

Everyone has to start somewhere & the effort to get the wheel spinning can be enormous.

Some of us are just starting or yet to start, and it's harder to get traction every day.

We all feel the pressure from the big guys getting bigger.

We're in this together and if we don't play to our advantages of being flexible and nimble, we'll continue to see the erosion of independent business in this country.

We aim to lift one another up to take some of the pain out of growing. If you've got some extra time, money or resources, it feels great to share it with someone who needs it.

Many Methods for Many Minds

Often, the most powerful, profound and life changing concepts are the simplest.

We don't need to learn rocket science to make the most of our everyday worlds.

We must learn to do the simple things that matter well.

No two minds are the same though, so sometimes the method of delivery needs to change. Some people learn best by reading, some by doing, others still by watching people like them do it.

Once the correct lens is found though, it all comes into focus.

Sharing knowledge is one of the most powerful and empowering things that you can do in this world and besides, in teaching others, we teach ourselves.

Can you help unlock someone's potential?

Do The Most With What You've Got

Upper Limit is about helping you make the most of your situation and resources by getting in behind you, to argue in favour of what is possible.

Simple, decisive and bold moves that utilise what you already have can have far more impact than a new flashy piece of software or a new office.

The answer is often to try things, not buy things.

We all have a list of things in the back of our heads that "we really should be doing" and yet, we aren't. It's easy to spend time and mental energy justifying the reasons that something can't be done and why it wasn't a good fit for us in the first place, rather than trying to get it done and learning along the way. We're here to light the path and help you carry the load.

Compound Success

If you deposit about $22 per day in an account that yields 5% p.a. compounding interest, you'll have $1 million dollars in 40 years. This method only requires an input of just over $320k. The rest comes from interest compounding over time.

Continual Good Behaviour x Time = Success

It's the hundreds of actions that came before that lead to the "$1 million dollar idea". One success often leads to another, except for when it doesn't. It's not going to be all puppies and rainbows every day, but it's important to keep plodding forward, one foot in front of the other and setting yourself up for future success.

Aim to be 1% better each week and you'll be 52% better by the end of the year.

No one wakes up 52% better over night.

Wise Words

“In my life I’ve discovered that if I cling to the notion that something’s not possible, I’m arguing in favour of limitation. And if I argue for my limitations, I get to keep them.” - Gay Hendricks, Author of "The Big Leap"

It makes sense when you think about it, but a lot of people would be surprised to hear that it takes just as much effort, if not more, to run an OK business as it does to run a GREAT one.

Luck and skill certainly play a big role, sure, but otherwise the difference is knowledge, execution and temperament. It's really quite simple when you have the right team backing you.

The Upper Limit Club is a community of can-do, realistic optimists.

Take the first step today and start expanding beyond your limitations.
